- 3720 Some points not plotted! %s !
- This message is displayed when "Attributes" has been selected with the graphMenu|Settings on the graphDocument, and not all points are displayed on the graph. There are two reasons why a point may not be displayed:
- Undefined Graph Set : e.g., if the credit class of the instrument is not sufficiently high for confident analysis, the data point will not be displayed. The securityCode of the instrument in question is reported.
- Instrument Ineligible for Purchase [x] : If only instruments eligibleForPurchase by the currently active portfolio have been chosen for display, ineligible instruments will be reported here, with their Eligible For Purchase (Code), securityCode and data values.
- 3828 There is no graph data in memory !

- 4376 Error in dividend file - missing dividend records ! Contact Administrator !
- There is nothing the user can do about this error - it means that dividend records expected by server-side programmes are not recorded on the server. - 5087 WARNING ! The following ex-dates have occurred on dates FOLLOWING the analytical date of this document and on or prior to the current date ! Trade prices should be adjusted accordingly ! %s %s %s !
- You are opening the tradeDocument on a given day. This message warns of ex-dates occuring subsequent to the date on which the prices were prepared (but not later than the date shown by the user's computer). Any trade recommendations for issues listed on this message should be adjusted with the expectation that ex-date prices will fall by the amount of the dividend with no significant change in HIMIPref™'s valuation of the issue.
- 5118 Non-continuous selected index found for dates %s to %s !
- You are attempting to run a performanceReport for a period over which the selected index is not complete - e.g., attempting to run performance from October 15, 2005 until January 5, 2006 at a time when the December 30, 2005 index value has not yet been stored on the server.
Index values are not calculated by Hymas Investment Management Inc., but are input to the server database shortly following receipt. If more than a week has passed since the month-end in question feel free to contact HIMI.
- 5133 Differences found between transaction and holdings files. Differences are (transaction excesses are POSITIVE!): %s !
- This error may be displayed after the user has selected mainmenu|reports|activeportfolio|Holdings to display the holdingsReportBox.
HIMIPref™ maintains two table related to portfolio holdings: the holdings table and the transactions table. The holdingsReportBox reports positions as summarized in the holdings table, but when accessed through the mainmenu|reports|activeportfolio|Holdings selection takes the opportunity to compare the summary with the detail recorded in the transactions table as an error prevention measure. Should an error be indicated, the holdings table as reported in the holdingsReportBox should be compared with an external source of data, such as the user's brokerage statement, and the transactions table should be reviewed through the transactionReport, accessible via the mainMenu|Reports|Transactions selection. Once the source of the difference has been determined, the error may be fixed. The holdings table may be edited and changed without affecting the transactions table via the selections available on the mainMenu|File|Holdings popup menu. The transactions table may be changed without affecting the holdings table via right-clicking the transaction on the transactionReport. It should be noted that the transactions table is evaluated in the determination of this error using only transactions up to the latest priced date prior to one day after the system date of the user's computer. Therefore, trades entered on date X will not be included in this report if the latest priced date is prior to date X; the holdings table, however, will reflect these trades.
- 5180 Bad call to performanceReportRowInfo::setRowInfo() ! There is no data that meets the defined criteria !

Always remember that a full month, in the performanceReport, is defined as being the last business day of the preceeding month until the last business day of the month of interest.
